Lake Winnipesaukee Wake Boat Rental

Wake boat rentals have a tiered cancellation policy based on how far in advance you cancel.

• Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before your rental date qualify for a full refund. Modifications to your reservation are permitted subject to availability at no charge during this period.
• Between 1 and 2 weeks before your rental date a 50% refund applies.
• Within 1 week of your rental date no refunds are permitted.
• Failure to meet the boat at the designated location and time with no notice will result in the pickup being rescheduled to another day or time during your reservation with no refund for the missed time. Rescheduling is subject to staff availability.
• In the event of unsafe weather conditions, at our discretion we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental. If we are unable to fulfill the full reservation for this reason, you will be eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds are not issued for individual days affected by weather on multi-day rentals.

We do not offer insurance coverage for renters. Renters are responsible for any damage that occurs while the equipment is in their possession. Any damage costs above the held deposit will be collected from the card on file. Before your rental, we recommend checking with your auto, home, or credit card provider to see if you have coverage for recreational watercraft or equipment rentals.

Your orientation with one of our commercial captains covers boat operation, wake setup, and the key areas of Lake Winnipesaukee you need to know before heading out. We also evaluate your operational skills during the orientation. If you are not demonstrating safe and capable operation we reserve the right to convert your rental to a charter per our renter experience policy. You will not leave the dock until you are fully comfortable with the boat and navigation.

Mechanical things break, but we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we will either send support to address the issue on the water or arrange a replacement. We are on call throughout your rental period for exactly this reason. In the rare event we are not able to get you back on the water we will arrange agreeable compensation to have the least impact on your vacation.

You are. The boat goes out with a full tank and must come back with a full tank. Fuel costs are your responsibility.

A $1,000 hold is placed on your card at check-in. It is released in full upon return of the boat in the same condition it was received. We document the boat at pickup and return so everything is clear for both sides.

Yes. Renters must be 25 or older with a valid NASBLA boating license and prior experience driving an inboard V-drive boat. These requirements are non-negotiable. Lake Winnipesaukee is large and complex and a navigational mistake can become very expensive. We verify experience at pickup and may convert a rental to a charter of equal value if required experience cannot be demonstrated. If you are not sure whether you qualify, [contact us] before booking.
